Welcome. I'm Maria.
For over twenty-one years, I have taught Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, and Meditation — working with athletes, beginners, people recovering from injuries, and those simply trying to find their way back to themselves. Over time, the work evolved.
What began on a studio mat became something broader: a practice of helping people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, regulate stress, and find balance in lives that rarely allow space for it.
Today, I teach online through guided meditations, breathing practices, mindful movement, and courses designed to support modern life.
The setting has changed. The work has not.
My approach is grounded, practical, and shaped by years of genuine teaching and lived experience , not trends, performance, or perfection.
